These are the general terms and conditions of sale that apply to all bookings and transactions made with our Guest House. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions:
Reservation
By making a reservation on our website, the guest agrees to the following general conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, stay dates, number of guests, etc. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via phone or email (+351 912476323 / [email protected]).
Check-in and Check-out
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times established by the property to allow rooms to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
Check-in policy: Rooms are available from 3:00 PM, unless early check-in is available.
Check-out policy: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM, unless late check-out is available (additional fees may apply).
Rates and Payments
Payment for your stay is made in accordance with the conditions stated at the time of booking, including the total cost, any service charges, and applicable cancellation policies. Cancellation and date change conditions vary depending on the type of reservation and selected rate.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect the rules and policies of the property during their stay. They are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Property Responsibilities
We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions or accidents beyond our control. In case of any issues or complaints during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate measures to resolve the situation.

Quiet Hours
From 10:00 PM onwards, guests are kindly asked to maintain silence to avoid disturbing others who may be resting.
No Parties or Loud Events
To ensure a peaceful environment and respect for house rules, parties or loud events are not allowed on the premises.
Respect for Property and Other Guests
Guests must respect both common and private areas, as well as other guests staying on the property.
Safety Rules
Guests must follow established safety guidelines, including the proper use of facilities.
Damage Policy
Any deliberate damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest at current market value.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Partial Stays
No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights, unless otherwise stated in the booking.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), cancellation terms may be adjusted at the discretion of hotel management.
Communication
Guests will be promptly informed of any changes to the cancellation terms due to force majeure events.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
Non-Smoking Policy: Liber Guest House is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
Designated Smoking Areas: Outdoor designated smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests violating the smoking policy may be subject to additional cleaning and deodorization fees.
